All of those movies combined don't have the nostalgia the original Star Wars trilogy has.


They will never remake them. Lucas will never allow it and I'd bet that was in the deal when he sold the rights to Disney.

A new movie will come out every 3 years so we are at least 18 years from any remake thought.

I just DVR'd it. I heard its kind of tough to watch in a depressing way. I don't like the fact that Dave Grohl didn't appear in it at all. An obvious insight as to who was in control of the documentary.

He wrote very simple, incredibly catchy songs, very well.
He was by no means an Eddie Van Halen on guitar. but what he wrote from start to finish was a goldmine. Plus, it was right place/right time for those guys. The poop that was on the radio before those guys broke was miserable. I bought "nevermind" and the Red Hot Chili Peppers "Blood Sugar Sex Magic" on the same day. I had a hard time figuring out which one I liked better.

both those records just hit me like a ton of bricks....I was just getting away from underground music...techno started becoming big, and then those two albums reminded me what I liked about rock and roll. I could talk for hours about music from the late 80's through the 90's with someone my age who actually paid attention. Except for being a "Joe Dirt" teenager in the early 80's, i never really listened to mainstream radio.

If the Sabres were to sign him, this town is going to be bored to tears. Perhaps it doesn't matter in the long run if they win, but ultimately, I don't think you can win championships with his style. "Bend but don't break" rarely does.

That said Vanek is more successful in the playoffs than Nash.
