I'd still take the chance. He's shown he can score at this level and if you can get him without giving up anything significant it could be huge for us.

IMO forwards are not the problem in Edmonton, with or without Hall. Their back end is atrocious and they won't do anything without getting a top tier guy in there and I don't think anyone else on their roster with the exception of RNH gets you one.

Many have been moved for less.

Maybe, we still would have had to trade up for Evans, and I don't think Beckham will sustain what he did last year.

I also think Watkins is head and shoulders better than Kalvin Benjamin

They aren't even close in skill level. Benjamin will be a good red zone threat because of his size but Watkins has more talent in his dookie braids than Benjamin does in his entire body.
