Yes on Hossa - just before Bowman took over. And yes on the restocking - which is why I parenthically said "what appear to be".

My point was to say that Bowman hasn't been a Jerry Kruass-like disaster - he's made some good trades/signings/draftings. Could have done better (maybe should have done better) but....
