Oneonta doesn't have positive things to say about anyone or anything. The Pens suck, every team sucks, every player in the NHL sucks. Every player suggested as a trade target sucks, every player suggested as a free agent sucks. I am glad the world I live in doesn't suck as bad as Oneonta's world. That's for sure. - PensFan1103
He was responding to my comment after I said teams will adapt to their opponents strengths, he then tried to change the subject because he couldn't reply with an objective response.
He attempts to discuss things with a rational that he is right no matter what & when someone replies with a factual intelligent response he tries to insult them. That's actually the sign of a stupid person!
Edit: I'm talking about Rangerdanger NOT Oneonta. |

This was all I was saying, and it was a small comment that I wasnt expecting Oneonta to insult my intelligence about. I'm human too, and if your gonna call me stupid for something then you better be able to back your insult up. - xcheckmajor
Have you ever been to Oneonta? I have, and let me tell you, if you lived there, you'd be pretty angry too. |

I noticed this play last night, and wanted to find it so I did this afternoon.
NHL officiating is a joke...
As Malkin chips the puck in from center, watch Sutter flying down the boards trying to get the loose puck. He's skating hard, so likely would have gotten there first.
Hagelin just blatantly rubs him out into the boards.
Interference in every sense of the rule... Not going to be called in the NHL today, and definitely because the Pens are already on the PP. The refs just won't put a team down two men.
It's a joke. - rival22
I remember not too long ago, when that was a "good" play. The rules in the NHL are always everchanging. Getting in the way of the guy and slowing his momentum was what we were taught growing up from mites on up, but now its interference. I know it IS a penalty, but if you are a forward are you going to let your Dman get crushed by the forchecker or slow the forechecker down for a moment to give your Dman a chance. Its instinct vs the rule book.

And you aren't being biased? Got it. King dove on a bump that a 12 year old doesn't act like he gets plowed over. the 12 year old remains standing. This is not a debatable thing. I don't care what you think to be honest either.
UMMM ... Hagelin should have been called for interference. Anyone with half a brain knows this. I question if you have half a brain. Big different ... Crosby wasn't looking as Hagelin intentionally plowed into him.
You aren't going to convince me at all for anything so save your breath. - Oneonta Penguin
Go on the Rags thread & read 1 maybe 2 articles - they are the biggest homers on HB.
Everything they do - OK, anything any other team, especially the Pens even if it's the same, NOT OK!
1 of them last night (my time), was whinging about Lappy diving, & in the very next sentence said the Lundqvist - although he admitted that it was a dive as well, Said Sid could/should have been penalised for the contact?? Wasn't he bumped by his own player? Lappy dives - NOT OK, Lundqvist dives - PENALTY.??
Also, they are great about accusing all of us as whingers, but (frank) me, can they whine with the best?
(frank)in 'homers'. |

In 8 years Jordan Staal is the only top 9 forward Shero drafted for the Penguins. That's impressively bad. |

I'm convinced everything is interference. Players should just move out of the way of the opposition. - rangerdanger94
I thought our defense already did that. They are way ahead of the curve. |

LOL best comment on there regarding Shero:
Let’s double down and hope with his new gig he will trade 2 second rounders for Rob Scuderi as reparations. |

It's funny chiarelli was ok with 2nd and 3rd rounders like krecji and looch and marchand but sucked with first rounders like hamill and caron and colborne he was so shocked that a first rounder he picked in seguin didn't suck so he traded him |

Would any team you think, pay a 3rd round pick? Are they worth it? |

I think if I were the Penguins, Id sure as hell try to get someone to pay it. We could use the picks. Especially if it were a team in the Metro. East team, maybe. West, nah. Just getting their money of the books will be good for the Front Office. |

I think he's gonna be traded but he has a NMC so it has to be with someone who isn't terrible. He's a product of playing with Krecji and another power forward like horty or iggy. When he needed to carry the load he couldn't do it and we can't afford an extension |

i dont think most people have given appreciation to the fact that since staal's departure, crosby has been forced to log harder minutes and bear greater defensive responsibility.
over time, that is going to detract from offensive output. |

i hate him immensely, but i cant help but wonder if he would mesh with malkin.
i know working out a trade would be difficult from a personnel standpoint, not even considering the fact that teams wouldnt want to deal in conference like that, but i still wonder if he would work on that line, or if like you said, he would need another power forward flanking the other side. |
