Could happen, but they really need as many pieces on defense as the Flyers do, but have less prospects in their system

Obviously, this outcome helps them. But they still have a ways to go...surprising how a team that has drafted so highly for years still has so far to go

Fair enough, I'm very much the prospect novice. The price for even average dmen at the NHL level is ridiculous, I have no issue with another dmen at #7.

They might try something, but I really don't know what they would offer that wouldn't set them back even further...they are so bad, they actually need the kid to play immediately because they have no one else. They literally played Mark Arcobello at 2C at the start of this season. That is just brutal
