Solid discussion. If this is about Grigorenko, I'm happy with the improvements I've seen from him. Strong on the puck the last few games I've seen, I'd love to have him as a 3c, or 2nd/3rd line winger. Play him with anyone better than he's been with and I think he'll be a great asset to the team,

Not a fact, do you understand that higher ups in the organization are done with him. His job is to produce points and when he doesnt do that, and he doesnt, he's a liability.
- Homer

It is a fact. 100 per-fvcking-cent. He has never been put in a position to succeed until recently so there goes your bullsh!t point about his offense. Him being a liability was overblown then and most certainly is not the case as of right now.

There's plenty of reason to think that way for sure.

But do you think he's shown improvement since he got in the league? Since the beginning of this season? As a guy expected to put up points, do you think he has he been put in a position to do that?

As a goalie I'm thinking there was enough time to blow the effing whistle... But still a terrible gaff

if youre gonna be a tough guy and throw swears and stuff around then this convo is over. I like debating. I dont like name calling. I know people in the organization including current players, that thinks he stinks, I'll believe them over you.

Truth. That is rough, he had a bad misplay that cost them a goal in the semis too. I'm not sold on this guy as an answer for us. I believe he's already like 24 and I haven't seen anything terribly impressive about him.

Enough to give him a short term deal for not much money and put him on your 3rd line with guys like girgensons and foligno? Maybe even a couple chances with kane, ennis, moulson, or mceichel...

If we could somehow include him+++(+) for like Malkin I'd do it, but I don't think that ROR will be any huge improvement over him. Play Grigs with the linemates that ROR sees nightly and I'd be confident that he'll be a 40+ point player with room for improvement still

I don't remember calling anyone names, I'm not a hardhat. I love arguing, especially with such juicy notions that Grigs isn't a good player. This is like Myers all over again.

Players on this team? Are these guys in the organization like the guys who didn't have him in the first round (I would pay to see somebody try and show me 30 better players than Grigs from the 2012 draft class)?

In a year or two it would be more like 60-65+ playing with any of Mac, Landy or Duchenne.

Hardhat just starts sh!t with everyone about anything. I like to think of myself as more of an SBroads lite, but with Grigs (and sometimes Foligno) instead of Myers.
