Absolutely Cabby, those are amazing life experiences and true friendships have nothing to do with how much is in your wallet. Did you keep the invite? I would love to have seen it. Indian culture and the Indus River Valley is one of my favorite research areas, absolutely fascinating people.

Have to dig it up. Me and the owner of the company got one . Came via e-mail to us . . . Wasn't a physical document. but would have been if we acknowledged we were going . Have the pic of the invite that could have been.

There is absolutely zero argument to win with a culturally deprived underachieving sack of _ _ _ _ .

So you just tell him to shut his pie hole and it's all over.

Stafford with his 9th goal in 26 games for them, that's on pace for 28 goals for the season. Wonder if he'll re-sign there?

I still like the trade though, quite a bit. Even though we did give up too much. That's what we had to do to get Kane though.
And even though Murray like Myers, he clearly liked that Bogosian is tougher to play against in his own end.

Probably not worth arguing about anymore though.
I see your point,
But as long as Kane & Bogosian play well for us, I'll be more than happy. And wish the best for the guys we traded.

Absolutely correct, we had a defensemen that had value because he has talent, we wanted a different type of defensemen but most importantly we wanted EVANDER KANE and I can promise you None of the prospects/players we paid for KANE will play up to him, I love that our GM had the Balls to target a take no poop winger who will drop you with his fist or rocket it top shelf, puts it all on the ice every night, is 23! Oh, and now has a bit of a CHIP on his shoulder, this boy will not be trifled with!

So with McEichel & Girgensons pretty much locked in as 2 of our top3 centers...
Who's the 3rd for next season?

Larsson-
Has looked really good with more icetime & better linemates. Also has the grit to play on the wing or center the 4th line

Grigorenko-
Can he move to the wing? He's had a bit of a struggle adjusting to the Pro game from Juniors, although with the way he was jerked around, who could blame him?
Would he struggle moving to a new position? Or would a simpler role on the wing let him get out of his head & just play with the talent we all know he has?
He'd be a disaster as a 4th line center IMO.
Whether or not he gets a chance at center in the top9 will depend on what we do with

Reinhart-
Starting him in Rochester doesn't hurt him at all IMO. I also think he could play RW on the Sabres to start. Many young centers start on the wing till they are fully adjusted to the NHL & then slide into the middle. Some even stay on the wing. Also, whether or not we are able to bring in another top6 winger could play a factor.
He's prob ready to be a center in the top9 though if Murray wants him here.
What Murray decides with him will clearly affect what happens with the other 2 guys.

It really seems HardHead is unhappy that we just guaranteed ourselves a Generational Player for the next decade........

I liked what I have seen out of Larsson the last 15 games.
I think I am with Homer when it comes to Grigorenko and Reinhart.
I don't think Reinhart will be here next year, I think he will be in Rochester.
Grigorenko needs to show more consistency yet where Larsson has been consistent with his play down the stretch.

Nice Write Up JD, like the way you see the future pieces, I wouldn't want to give up on Grigerenko just yet, I agree, I have seen Grigerenko handle the corners with his size and still get the puck on the tape, I would want Samson at the Center, Grigs has shown he has started to see the ice better like last night as he found the open ice in the dirty area and potted his second in 2 games!

Good Luck to the Rest of the NHL as they try and DEAL with This club moving forward!!!

I think snagging MARCAND from Boston would be SICK! (in a really good way)

The NHL has to make some changes when the leading scorer in the league doesn't even have 90 points.

Too much attention to worrying about Drafting players and lotteries while their game spirals down the hole it was in back in 04 when scoring was poop, and now here we are, penalties aren't being called by the boat load, have you seen some the games lately around the league, the Panthers announcers were besides themselves with Refs looking right at infractions and ignoring obvious calls. Power Plays make players play honest, and lets skill come to the top.

I know we were supposed to suck this year, so I won't argue the fact that Kaleta is in the line-up, but to put a letter on that jersey is insulting.

4-3 Sabres Girgs and Risto 2 points each.
