I know he will but some people still don't like him for some reason, and obviously some people haven't watched the Sabres for a while (can't blame them though).

This started with Grigs vs Larsson, and Grigs >>>>>>>>>>> Larsson with no debate, both now and for sure in the future.

- Herzeleid

I think Larsson is really good though. Different roles.

Her does have more, but who cares if he doesnt use it?
- Homer

He is 20 years old has played less than 70 NHL games, produced well in the American League and is starting to show his talent in the show and you are writing him off. If he gets moved and a top 6 player isn't coming back its a huge mistake IMO. Good teams need talented players.

Knocking out Pitt to give Boston a chance really doesnt do much for me either. I hate Boston more. That being said, I do want the Sabres to win tonight just because rooting against them sucked.

He's Russian? He has skill, which means he has a place here.

If he is traded, I'll trust Murray even less than I already do

- sbroads24

What? You don't trust Murray? I know you loved Myers but come on.

I'm not saying he isn't good but like you said diiff roles. One of those roles being 1st/2nd line, the other being 2nd/3rd.

Taking their career AHL numbers in account Larrson .746 ppg Girgorenko .755 ppg

They both produced in the American League. I think they both can produce in the NHL. Grigorenko just has more talent IMO.

- Stripes77

He definitely has more talent...
But does he have the "drive" to succeed?
Unless he moves to the wing (and many think he is better suited to play center, Hamilton & Baker have both said so recently) our center spots are filled for the future.
He doesn't have the type of game where he can play on the 4th line & then move up in the lineup.
So unless Reinhart starts in Roch or at RW,
Where does Grigorenko fit in?

Sabres coach Ted Nolan: "The satisfaction of knocking somebody out is never one of the things that ever interested me."

- metzeric

His best player was quoted as "I want to win, its always motivating to play spoiler"

I guess for good old Teddy and HardHead its only Spoiler if they get a chance to keep a Generational Talent out of the Buffalo Organization!

Can't wait to he is fired/Canned/shown the Door

Tim Murray: "Ted"

Nolan: "Yes Mr. Tank what do you want, I'm really in a bad mood"

Tim Murray: "You see that door over there?" "Well don't let it hit you in the Ass!"

I'm not rooting against the kid even though it may sound that way, I hope he does well. I just don't think he will, that's all.

He's playing well, but he has done that before. Stretches of solid to even great games, then something happens and he looks like he is lost for periods of time.

I love that deal. Love it. I love the way Bogosian plays and Kane is a legit 1st line wing, which we desperately need.

Just because he might be better suited as a C doesn't mean he can't play on the wing.

Zemgus is right on as usual!

Grigerenko has shown more in the past 2 weeks than Hodgson has shown all year!

So the definition of "hard head" I take it is that of a man that lives by his own opinion and does not follow the flock?

I think I understand now maaaaaa meat head.

Bogosian is just as inconsistent. Difference is at the top of their games, Myers is better and it isn't even close.

Tim Murray is the reason the Jets are in the playoffs

And the reason Evander Kane will be playing on McEichel's wing next season.

The trade is a win win for both teams
