So do the Penguins; Malkin and Crosby. And I wouldn't be surprised if Malkin is playing hurt. |

Should I feel bad that I truly wanted the Sens to score a PP goal in those last 28 seconds of regulation?
Look, this team is missing 3 of its top 4 defenseman. They've been playing with 5 d-man for the past what, week + now? Scuds and Martin are older as it is so is the fact that their D gets worn down as a game progresses really any surprise? I put that on GMJR.
You could see it starting to happen late in the 1st. That's when I realized they were in trouble.
Unless Letang and Hoff come back and this team has some kind of epiphany, they're done in round 1 anyway. |

It wasn't just 2 players who beat your sorry-ass squad tonight. Leafs may be (frank)ing pathetic, but watching the Pens poop away their season is awesome, and seeing people like you whine is icing on the cake |

You are embarrassing when you come to hockey IQ. Turris, Stone, Hoffman, Zbanajad, MacArthur and even Chaisson I'd take for starters. |

I'm curious who those two players are, and what your definition of "good" is. |

Toronto fan ... your franchise is closer to Edmonton than Pittsburgh. I'd shut up.

We lost to a bunch of turds that would be in WBS if they were in our organization.
Don't tell me about hockey IQ, losing to that team is an embarrassment.
By you naming Hoffman is enough for me to not even argue you on this. |

To lose to that team is a joke. - nbartley9
What a team that never gives up expects accountability from everybody and has young forward depth FML. Im going to bed n dreaming of the good old days of 2009 when the future was bright. Before the injury plagues, before shero started making bad trades and couldn't find a forward in the draft for the life of him. Seriously missed what happened to pouliout. ...???? |

I love that this dude actually made a point to carve out some time in his life to come onto our board and post this.

Nothing is lost. We played well for 1 and 1/2 periods. We can fix that. I'm confident we'll make it to the post season. We are going to be ready for the big time....at least for the first/second rounds. |

Yeah I think so...there is a lot of good on ottawa. They are playing a lil over their heads..sure...but effort heart and determination can go a long way |

The last time we had a rookie forward taken in the fifth round score more than 20 goals in his first season was ... I'll wait on that. He would be a top six player here. You are an embarrassment to be honest.

Felt bad for maf he was under seige and Johnson is clearly over his head. Its on the coach to get in the players face at some point in those last 40 mins.

Honestly I don't think this Ottawa team is good enough to make the playoffs consistently. What you guys have is the will to try but not enough talent. Just my view. You'll never be a bottom feeder like Toronto or Edmonton that's for sure. |

Kind of how most of the second half of the season has gone. Can anyone really say they are surprised? Just don't have much in the way of expectations for this team. For whatever reason, conditioning, lack of depth, etc, it just isn't there for these guys night after night. I love the Pens but loving this lineup is a road to frustration and heartache.

This team is getting run so ragged they can't even play and entire game hard. They are dead in the water at this point. Unless someone comes back, I'm not sure they can close out an AHL team.
