You could put horsepoop on a roll and it's better than Pat's and Geno's.

They exist for tourists, local flavor shots during nationally televised sports events and for 3 am, Jesus I'm really drunk and need grease in my belly feedings.

(frank) Pittsburgh. I see the draw for coaches to go to pitt. having malkin and Crosby... but then again... it's malkin and Crosby.... who would ever wanna coach those crybaby vajinas?

I've hated Pat's since I was a kid. Geno's are passable, but hardly good. Much better steaks elsewhere. Hell, the White House in Atlantic City is better than Geno's

I'm not happy he's a Flyer at all. I watched this season like anyone else, he wasn't good. His best season was last season.
- SuperSchennBros

We watched a different player then. He was a little inconsistent at the start of the season, but played very well in the 2nd half in my opinion. I'd still like to see him become more aggressive offensively though.

DiNic's pork sandwich is the best sandwich in philly.

Yes, even better than Pat's/Geno's/Jim's

- Giroux_Is_God

Everybody has their personal favorite, but I can't see DiNic's not being on anybody's short list.

Steve's is tremendous. My other go-to is Sonny's in Old City.

When your getting paid 5 million dollars I expect him to generate offense, which is my biggest problem with him, so we didn't watch two different players. Then add to the fact that he's not overly physical, not a bonafied first pair player and last season that he split between the Islanders and the Flyers was the best of his career.

I agree their tourist traps.

On the real though, I do think Jim's makes a good steak

If you're expecting him to be a first pair player, then the expectation is the issue in my opinion. He's been in the wrong role the majority of his career, so I think he needs to make a transition from playing a cautious defensive style, to becoming more aggressive offensively, and using his skating more.

My problem is I never had a bad cheesesteak in my life. So definitely better then others, but none that I didn't like.

Lived two blocks from them when I was in college. They weren't that busy back then and I was afraid they would close. Seems people have found out about them.

I just got Steves steaks a week ago.

I eat them so fast. For those five minutes, I literally have no idea what's going on around me.
