I never said you, but you do troll a lot here. Mainly talking about Rags fans who became fans last year. Most still don't know what icing is.
Anyway, how am I a troll for saying that Rags fans were hypocrites? They cried about Buffs crosscheck and still think Staal's was clean. I don't know how that's trolling. - znagle
You're wrong.
You advocate constantly to trade one of the top defenseman in the league. Next you want to give the team over the a jaques martin type coach and play the trap. No one wants to watch what you're preaching, especially when we have two offensive mega stars on the team.
You never present any real moves the Pens can make, you only mope around here saying this sucks that sucks.
Fact is this team has been decimated by injuries every year. Look at the talent we have side lined all the damn time.
We are blessed with top end talent and cursed with injuries. Same with Lemieux era, same thing now. We are never healthy. - stackthepads
I'm not saying the system needs to change, but NO ONE cares what system the team runs if they win.
not sure this team can overcome the loss of Letang, Ehrhoff, Maatta, and Dupius, very worried we won't make the playoffs at all. - Bradlee3
I honestly don't even want to make the playoffs. This team ain't doin sh!t in the playoffs. At least if we miss the playoffs something might get done to turn this team around.

It really is uncanny how we can't beat the flyers. Every game plays out almost like clockwork.
Pens come out strong, will get the first goal or two.
Flyers pull some antics and goade a Pen into a penalty which they almost always score on.
Flyers get the go ahead goal on some fluky bounce.
Pens press and own the play but can't seem to score, hit posts, five alarm saves, wide open beta missed.
Off one of these missed opportunities the flyers will get an odd man rush, they score.
Pens get frustrated, push harder, Flyers know they've won now and just sit back and weather the storm.
A stretch happens where everything the flyers throw at the net goes in.
It's crazy. But you've got to hand it to the Flyers they've just got our number.

How? Management sold away the 1st, 3rd and 4th round picks in this year's draft.

You wrong me, sir. I make frequent suggestions with reasons and why I think the fit would be better. I don't merely suggest that player x sucks; I'm often simply written off as a fan who hates certain players. Your suggestion really couldn't be more inaccurate.
I don't understand how insisting that the hockey team be able to play defense is somehow depriving two offensive mega-stars.
Finally, if you think that somehow the Penguins would be frustrating to watch if they played a trap or press, how is it watching the Flyers sweep?
Pens played with some intensity, but I can't figure out how bottom 6 players for the Flyers look like 71 and 87 for the Pens. All day long. This is ugly and when the season settles there will be changes. - sammy87
As a flyer fan it makes no fucjing sense. B schenn looks like he should have gone #1 overrall against this team everyyime he plays them. Instead of the overrated garbage he plays like the rest of the year. Mind numbing

The flyers aren't beating our system they're beating our team.
And I've never seen you suggest any players to pick up. You may suggest players like so and so. But that's not a realistic suggestion.
Now I may have missed a post or two where you've made some nice suggestions, and if so I appologize. But I know I have seen more posts about how this sucks and that sucks with no other input from you.

I have a question for you. If I am exhausting your capacity for critique with superficial or shallow 'this sucks' posts, how do you go on to critique a very richly described call for specific coaching candidates and tactics?
It's true that I have been 100% against status quo for the Penguins since 2012. It's probably very tiresome to read. Far more tiresome though is winning just 4 playoff rounds since 2009, losing 3 Game 7s in Pittsburgh, and generally having the same major issues which insulate the Penguins from success every season. It's not just injuries.

Did you want Hitchcock or a Ken Hitchcock type? Because the only way Hitch will be available this year will be because of another playoff failure in STL. You have to go back to 2003 til now for Hitchs teams to have 4 total playoff round wins. I know he turned Modano into a 2 way star but it seems like the game has passed Hitch by.

Kenneth S. Hitchcock. Or Cload if Boston fires him.
If not, the Penguins have Martin in house. I seriously can't see Babcock leaving Detroit.
I think hockey has passed a guy like Tortorella by; then again, that's what they said about Bob Hartley and Darryl Sutter. Hockey is such a small world that a guy like Bowman can just really suck while coaching in Buffalo but then goes on to have an absurd streak in Detroit.
I see what you're saying about Hitchcock's record and why he may be available. If He or Cload are on the market it's because their teams stopped winning playoff rounds. Still, I think they match well with the kind of philosophical approach I think would best serve the organization.

Again, an average at best goalie looks like Patrick Roy and the Pens give up another goal to a poopty player (White). This is this team's MO.
We aren't making the play-offs folks. Not with this lineup.
David Perron needs to get dealt. People were female doging about sutter and his play earlier, well Perron has been worse the last month. I think his first few weeks, he was happy to be out of Edmonton, and who wouldn't. Now, he is playing like he is in Edmonton once again. - Oneonta Penguin
