He is a beast, and not available, Murray has targeted that type of player for our team in various degrees up front and on our back end. They are big, throw their bodies around and are generally, win or lose, not fun to play against. So far we have DESLAURIERS, FOLIGNO, BOGOSIAN, ZADOROV(he is nasty) ZEMGUS, RISTO, KANE, FASCHING and a few more to come. I'd actually pay LUCIC 6 mil per load it up front and keep it to 3 years. Teams will not want to play hard against us.

He was responding to my comment when I said edmontons D will improved next year having nurse and hanafin in the lineup. He's always best case scenario. Never sees that not every draft pick becomes toews or malkin. Strome will be good but he is probably not toews. Risto def is. Nurse does look like a beast too though

by this logic grigorenko is better than mcdavid.

doing my best to keep personal bias out of it, id say risto and nurse have pretty similar ceilings due to some different attributes each possesses, with zadarovs being unquestionably the lowest of the 3 at this point. but still a solid defensive and physical second pairing guy.

time will tell for sure, and nurse has some maturing to do no doubt, but the skills he has are off the charts
