I realize its an April01 prank... but would actually make a lot of sense from two perspectives:
1) being the ass-clown that Radulov is his arrival and subsequent antics would no doubt keep the media occupied and thereby keep their eyes and minds off the younger guys and prospects.
2) free acquisition - who apart from CAP hit would be an excellent trading chip / trade deadline rental player
