You think Rose will get reinstated this year? I think Manfred will do it. This year seems like the perfect time to do it. |

Yes on all three. Yount and Boggs in, Mattingly not - Jsaquella
How the hell is Boggs in over Mattingly? |

I disagree - Scoob
There is still a chance that the Flyers could get hot and win a bunch of meaningless games. Can't let Columbus pass us. |

Blyleven won 2, but you never thought of him as the ace of either World Series team he won with.
He took a bunch of losses on crappy teams during his career....again, you can't pin that on him, but it's hard to wipe the stink off.
I'm not disagreeing, by the way.....I think he belongs in the HoF, if only for this shirt.....I'm just trying to explain why Blyleven might have been perceived that way.

Just looking at the standings. Really amazing that the Flyers have 17 OTL/SO losses.
Also, they're pretty much locked in to the 7 or 8 seed depending on what happens with CBJ. Outside shot at 6 but having the Devils make up 3 points with 6 games left is wishful imo. |

Yup, unless the hockey gods finally decide to show us some love, we are picking 7th, 8th or 9th. |

@keepingkarlsson: Jiri Hudler is 8th in NHL scoring this season. Ahead of Stamkos and Getzlaf with fewer games played. Let that sink in. |

No love will occur.
I'm just glad the Flyers will finish 25th instead of embarrassing us like the Sixers who will finish 28th. |

It will be hysterical if the Sixers get the first pick, they can corner the market on young, talented big men!

That's pathetic. Way too many games settled after regulation time ends. |

I love how people are complaining about the Sixers having too many big men if that happens. Can you imagine the Flyers being like "poop! We have too many young, #1 dmen on the team!" |

I know. Kinda curious to see what the Flyers record would be with respect to other teams if there was no shootout or each game was 3 points. (3 points for win, 2 points for ot/so win, 1 point for ot/so loss) |

I can't comment on the beer drinker, but you're wrong about the first part. If only he'd trimmed his sideburns... |

Julio Lugo. Guy batted .235 against everyone else and .425 against the Phillies. |
