Looks like tampa didn't do any better when you look at the standings.
- Pecafan Fan

Interesting to hear these fools discuss MTLs inability to get any kind of sympathy with the refs. Price can handle the heat but Bishop requires some kind of protection from Gallagher nd Prust. Is this really a thing? What (frank)ing garbage.

in Albany, NY they routinely serve mozzarella sticks with raspberry dipping sauce
- Crimsoninja

Raspberry jam is great on grilled cheese. And so is ketchup.

The way they've played over the last month, good chance Montreal will suffer the same fate.

They'll be better in the third.

Getting home from work, 3-1 TB... see MT's hope for a 1-0 win is dashed. Wonder if he will ask them to shoot in the third or hope full defense stops the bleeding and keeps the score close?

Wouldn't surprised to see the Habs out in 4 or 5 games in the 1st round, they've been playing like poop lately
- Symba007

Sucks that they'll completely poop on Price's stellar season, but boy does it really seem to be headed that way. Regardless of what EE thinks.

They are far from their best hockey and imo, the deadline deals took them away from their strengths. Petry was a solid pick-up. The rest (including DSP) takes away from their speed.

I was not a big Sekac fan, nor do I particularly like Bournival or Thomas, but at least they could turn on the jets and change momentum a bit. Can Flynn, Mitchell, Malholtra or DSP do this?

Meh... now that they're in, they'll relax a bit and will be ready for the playoffs.
That doesn't mean they won't lose in the first round, but I wouldn't base my prediction on their play over the last few weeks.
MTL-DET would be fun to watch!

Teams that relax rarely do well when facing teams that have battled over the last month. This team looks primed to be upset. I hope like hell that I'm wrong, but...
