What does that have to do with anything? - KesselRules
Maybe because Martin St. Louis learned how to play the game in Canada for the majority of his life before he hit the NCAA because he was undersized. |

If Kane would have gone to the NCAA rather than his one year with Kitchener do you believe that he would be a worse player? |

I think the appropriate response was to :
a) ignore Canucklehead troll
b) say "we hope so"
c) make some remark about how the rain softens the heads of those living on the lest coast

You just tried to dismiss Cheechoo with no reason whatsoever. If he was an NCAA grad, you'd be all over it like flies on poop. Even if we attribute all of his success to Thornton, Thornton is still, guess what, a CHL grad. - JohnFergusonJr
The reason is that despite still being of decent age to play in the NHL, he's now in the KHL.
You draft players for a long and successful career, not one or two seasons and then falling off the face of the map... |

London.
Probably, London is a great team to play for development.
Kane on Campus? Probably gets kicked out of school. |

I like Kylington saying nobody compares to him. Because out of context that's terrible on Josh Ho-Sang levels of arrogant. |

Apologies for the (frank)up, had KR in my head.
Yup, London is a great development team. But you have to have the talent to be developed. |

Doesn't matter rules have been made.... 1 year in OHL has huge impact on Americans but 4 years in NCAA does nothing positive for Canadians... |

serious question - does the NCAA take credit for developing players when they only spend one year there? (eg. Kessel) |

hang onto the Schenn jersey ... with the likelihood of Phaneuf being sent to Philly for both Schenns... |
