Next to Giroux, Del Zotto looks like a very serviceable point man on the PP, looking to repace Streit one day.
Ryan White looks better then expected in front of the net. He did all the right things there.
Voracek leads the league in points.n |

The apathy has set in a bit too much to freak out over Snider's comments but if he honestly believes what he said its laughable.
That "win now, and at all cost" mentality is what got them into this mess. If he makes some kind of mandate to get into the playoffs at all cost, he continues to have mediocrity shoved up his ass.
This off-season will say a lot. I'd be pleased if very little changed and they just drafted quietly. Wait for the opportune moment. - flyer_nutter
The way I look at it, Ed is a businessman. Needs to keep the building full and sell the product. Hexy is the hockey guy, knows how to at least help build a winner. Real hockey fans know that if this is done right, it will be fun to watch the rise from non contender to perennial power house like the las and Chicagos. |

Still trying to pass through traffic, not to mention the 'cute' poop. That's fine when things are going your way, but they really need to make the high percentage plays instead.

Yup. In a cap world I don't think its really realistic to expect a team to continuously have a realistic chance at winning at all each year. Windows open and close, just have to be willing to accept that.
Regarding Ed, as much of a passionate hockey guy I think he is, he is a businessman. If the Flyers have a chance at someone like Crouse you just expect them to take him.
Its about selling the brand, keeping that "bullies" thing alive. |

Say what you will, but Lauridsen has quietly impressed me.
As was in his last time with the big club. Count me as a fan. |
