"Steve needs to make a better save on that breakaway. Stopping the play on a PP is not acceptable."

White looked like a decent fill-in on PP1

Primary assist on the first goal. Played pk. The team scored 2 shorthanded goals. Not much to complain about for the Rockets. Merkley just keeps going.

The reality of him being out there seemed more funny then the idea.

Beyond Giroux, Voracek and Raffl the Flyers do not have single other offensive threat right now.

It is brutal to watch.

Yeah. I don't find that read or Schenn are exactly bringing the noise right now.
Also, I had to check to see if couturier was actually playing. Invisible.

Maybe a little controversial but meh.

Couturier and bSchenn have never really stood out to me as above average offensive boys. A flash here and there, but every player has that.

I'd hope the organization isn't expecting these boys to carry the secondary scoring into the future. They aren't useless, Couturier especially, but to provide goals or more importantly offensive zone time I'd be hanging my hat elsewhere.

That last sequence pretty much sums up Couturier in this lost season.
