Goalies are so big and athletic combined with the fact that almost every player blocks shots now. It's no wonder scoring is down.

That has to be a driving factor in the idea to raise the crossbar 3" to allow an upswing in goals.

The "Great One" scoring 215 points and now we are lucky to have one guy score 100 points in a season. Crazy!
