No. Keith has covered his deficiencies, he rarely starts in his own zone, sucks at gap coverage, has no sense of how to read the play, gets torched to the outside pretty much every time he has to stand on his blue line.
Physical gifts are there but he is a terrible hockey player.

Made quick, smart plays with the puck and looked pretty confident in doing it. |

I think we can all agree that Rundblad, Rosival AND Timmonen are not Stanley Cup Championship caliber defenseman. Even if you have the best top 3 d-core in the league.... |

I think we can all agree that Rundblad, Rosival AND Timmonen are not Stanley Cup Championship caliber defenseman. Even if you have the best top 3 d-core in the league....

Anyone of the three could probably be a solid number 6. The big issue is the number 5 spot, and the fact that the Forwards all seemingly forgot how to help out on D. Plus there's that whole Crawford not being elite thingy.

Not sure he's any better than Cam Barker, FWIW, he just hasn't played as many Get Out Of Jail Free cards yet

He isn't, but that is the best comparison I could make. Rundbald like Barker was the best teenager on the ice but when everyone else got bigger and better they didn't.
