Ppl keep saying how goalie isn't a big deal,
But I couldn't disagree more
All the best teams have very good goalies
Most Cup winners at least have good goalies that had a great run

I like that ppl use Osgood in Detroit as an example
1) he was underrated. Pretty good goalie, def no scrub
2) even after they won with this "average" goalie, they showed how valuable they thought the position was when they went out & got Cujo & then Hasek to try to improve. Even now, Howard is paid like 6mil a year.
