My point is the NHL investigated Ottawa for their tanking, subsequently instituting the Draft lottery and Rookie salary cap) for a Superior performing Junior Hockey Player.

Ottawa's story should be a cautionary tale of "be careful what you wish for".

I think the Stars and Avs this week both needing to win every game to stay alive helps the Sabres. If they could somehow lose both games to the Yotes that would pretty much be it. I expect a split.
