I'm hopeful they win tomorrow. Vancouver may start Markstrom on the back-to-back. They beat the Canucks last time they came to Glendale a couple weeks ago.

All about the Yotes. The Oil's youngsters really seem to be coming around and driving that team. Good for them. Some solid tending away from maybe starting to right the ship. Hall back will only help.

I think Murray keeping Nolan was a mistake.

There is no synergy between the coaching staff and the GM. You watch AZ play their backup goalie and sit any player that sneezes in warm ups against us.

Nolan has these two games circled. He will get them ready to play

Honestly, I believe that the Sabres are far and away the better team and will prove it in those games. AZ scores on themselves and can't score more than 1 goal a game. The last time AZ scored 3 or more goals in a game was FEB 3rd!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only can't they win, but they can't score at all.

There has been a lot of buildup to these 2 Buffalo/Arizona games, but I firmly believe they will be anti-climatic. The Sabres work hard and try their very best to win every game. Are we a good team? No. But we give maximum effort every game, something AZ doesn't do. AZ goalies score into their own net and jump over pucks to avoid making key saves. We can't compete with that. I can almost guarantee that not only will the Sabres win both AZ games, I think they do so quite comfortably.....2-3+ in each game.

AZ is showing everyone how to tank properly. They have 3 points out of their last possible 35 or whatever. 3 TOTAL POINTS! And, they can't score. It won't surprise me at all with their remaining schedule is they don't get any points at all. They are absolutely terrible. They are going to finish 30th....and probably fairly comfortably.

That's just not true. You have to dig deeper. The Sabres are dead last in Corsi since the trade deadline. They are a -166. Arizona is only a -25. The Yotes have played a much more difficult schedule but still have a HUGE lead in puck possession based numbers. The Sabres are not better. They should have zero points since the trade deadline. Just because Lindback got hot for a few games doesn't mean they are better. They are much worse.
