Yep. I hope ownership in SJ poopcans the entire management team.

Also, NHL.com just reported that Sid is playing today.

Lucic in the high slot was most likely Winnik's responsibility. Not sure why it took him so long to get there, the camera angle cuts him off. He goes out to the point, the D passes to the other side, and Winnik stays out there long enough for Lucic to fill the open space. When the puck got bobbled he might have paused because he thought it was coming the other way.

It's really hard to apply blame/praise to players without explicitly knowing their responsibilities within the scheme.

Watching on root sports Jay Caufield dissected the play, I would assume he knows the Pens system fairly well as he covered the team with the rest of the root broadcast and he said lucic was scuderis guy and there was no explanation for scuderi to be as far down in the slot as he was. Said he should have been on lucic as soon as he entered the high slot, or something like similar in the intermission show

So tired of watching everyone away from the puck being interfered with... Why does the NHL think that's fun to watch?

What did he do? I know it wasn't interference because that's not a penalty. Officiating is terrible

Based on the replay he did nothing. They said he "didn't stop after the whistle". Yeah, because all players stop messing with each other as soon as the whistle is blown...

Pens imploding in their own end. Can't see this lineup scoring three goals.

He never threw down a ref. He skated into a scrum which has been going on since hockey started. I hate the mangina mentality in the NHL these days.

But the way these refs are (and have been) going, Downie may want to get his money's worth next time.

No doubt Sutter deserves that penalty, but how do you not call an interference too? Total bullpoop.

Sutter with the spoiled brat penalty. So good to see the team maintaining it's composure.

Sad thing is Sutter's trip was the only way NBC would ever show a replay of "subtle interference."

Uh Oh It is getting close to April playoffs and the other night Four Goal Fleury made an appearance and today First Shot Fluery made an appearance Penguin fans you better start to worry. The Pens are suffering from Raskitis heading to the playoffs and that is not a good sign either.

Yea how bad does that look on officiating? I mean everyone knew what he was doing. Someone in the Organization (Mario) needs to publicly say how bad officiating is. The games are already called in favor of the other teams anyways.

The officiating is one reason that I stopped really caring about this league. If sucks and everybody knows it. But the suckers keep buying tickets like crazy so why change it. If the suckers keep paying the piper, it will never change. The only way to make it change is to stay away. But stupid people are ruling the world these days and it is also ruling hockey. Hoping sanity will return.........well than ain't going to happen. Too many.......way too many stupids around.....liberals but I won't go there
