He would be TE 2 on the depth chart and strictly a blocking TE something the Bills could use. He isn't going to cost much.

The Bills are reportedly interested in free agent TE Anthony Fasano.

Released by Kansas City late last month, Fasano visited the Titans on Tuesday. The 31-year-old is purely a blocking tight end at this stage of his career.

Another scrub we don't need to waste time or money on.

He's good for the role he's supposed to play

I feel like you have unreasonable expectations for how this team can be built. Not every player can be a name.

Lee Smith needs to be replaced, regardless of the lack of shine his role is. Fasano can probably be had for cheaper and can be equally or more effective. It'd be a smart budget signing.

That Larsson kid needs to be here full time next year.

See what happens when you give him decent line mates....

Hey remember last month when no one liked him and said he needs to get the (frank) off this team forever?

He wondered what he had to do to get a shot.

Answer: wait for Tim Murray to trade everybody else.

Well, yeah. Some of us recall when Larsson was stuck on the 4th line because he wasn't showing anybody anything, and - worse, essentially asked for a trade because he felt he wasn't getting a fair shot. He stayed in Buffalo anyway and ultimately got a chance to show what he could do after the Sabres traded everyone else away.

Grigo spent that time in Rochester and didn't get called up until he got healthy (All-World Can't Miss ManEater Zack Dalpe got his shot in the meantime). When Grigo finally got healthy, he was given two shifts, and then sent packing with a kick in the ass on his way out the door.

If I was Grigo I wouldn't even negotiate with this team.

- Der Kaiser

I usually don't get too involved with Grig's place on the team, but I would certainly take him over CoHo

Hockey business isn't fair, and just like the draft lottery, we have no say in what the future holds. Just pure speculation.

Yep. Now we gotta wait for the chips to fall, because I'm curious as to what his final role can be on this team. Will there be room in the top 6? If third line isn't strong, he'll be a waste.

Lee Smith is gone. Someone would have to fill his place. The Bills are going to be a run first team you better have a really good blocking TE on your roster.

he is producing because he is playing on the top line.. i don't think there really is room for him on this team. Not sure he is the type of player to put with Deslorian on the 4th line and i don't know who is going to be on the 3rd. We need to see how the summer shakes out. I think he is a RFA this summer, will he want to come back?

they were ok, the good thing is at this place you can get hammered and smoke during a concert

problem is they only have 6 songs from the radio and 3 are snoozers to hear live

they played folsom prison in the encore though, highlight of the night

and starring at the blondes ass from west virginia for 45 minutes, she liked the clown

Um, judging from the photo, there's something she isn't being completely honest with you (or the rest of the world) about.

EDIT: I don't mind those kind of fibs, though.

He can't control that, all Buffalo has to do is tender him an offer and he's "stuck".

That's the plan. Not much we can do about it. I thought for sure we were gonna end up with 2 points last night, so only getting 1 was much better.

I think Larsson looked good on the 1st line because Toronto is just that bad.
