Won't dispute you at all on DLR. Completely agree. Very promising for 19.

If the system is to make every goalie look great, awesome. Mission accomplished. If their system is to get outshot almost every game by a decent margin, mission accomplished. If their system is to run around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to retrieve the puck only to not be able to and constantly ice it all the (frank)ing time, again mission accomplished. That's dog poop.

Now your just being a turd or a child. I have a hard time differentiating between you and Beenshafted...speaking of which oh a win...must be rolling in wussy.

Hockey 101 ... score more goals than your opponent.

Habs are very near the top of the league ... if your so smart, why don't you call Therrien and give him some tips.

I disagree.

They only put overtime in the NHL for the 83-84 season. Before that, there were ties after regulation. Nowadays goalies get credit for shootout wins.

Also get a SO if the team loses 1-0 in a shoot out

Could see that and I don't think the price would be ridiculous

I'd be ok with that

They are also first in goal against ... their play style has an effect on their low offense.

If the team has consistency with the defensive side of things throughout the playoffs they will give a lot of teams trouble. They already spend more time on the PK than most teams and their PP is atrocious, so when the whistles get put away they are going to need to rely on that solid 5-on-5 play and simply outscoring the other team, even if its 1-0 every damn game.

These fancy stats are useless ... the only stat that matters is how many point you have in the standings.

Its a far cry from a few years back when it was all PP. Do they have what it takes, meh maybe. Gonna need some guys to step up and some bounces but I like the team.

Some people are also eternal malcontents ... they should stay with the rest of the 10 yr old kids on the RDS board where they are still arguing about whether to keep Price or Halak.
