They better get a QB also or he's gonna flip out if he doesn't get the ball.

I'm not a Jets fan so it doesn't bother me, Geno and EJ are garbage.

Awfully slow in here today. Did everyone get thirsty on thursday after the coyotes win last night?

I think it is just a case of not much to talk about.

We could start a pool of how many goals the Sabres will score the rest of the season.

I would say points but goals give us a few more options since they are not going to get more than 5 points the rest of the way.

Does this help or hurt the Sabres chances for trading for ROR?

Phil Varone is centering the number 1 line, that shows you have much faith they DON'T have in Hodgson.

Good question but IMO, they still can't pay ROR 7 mill a year and McKinnon 5-5.5. but stranger things have happened.

My vote says the sabres score 33 goals to finish out the season.

I want to see grigorenko get big minutes the rest of the way. Fit him in on the top PP unit. If things dont work out with gionta and foligno id like to see him with moulson and ennis as soon as possible.

Seems like he is only playing because dalpe is out. Rochester is a joke right now, i hope they keep him here the rest of the season. Even if he doesnt show us anything, it makes it a little more interesting to watch.

I was thinking more along the lines of does ROR now carry the team and therefor increase his trade value?

Or does his point production dry up and drop his trade value?

Or does everyone already know what he is and his value is set in stone (concrete)?

I think, like most, Colorado trading him between the draft and the next trading deadline is just a formality.

I'm sure his point total will go up some, it is what it is with his value most have him pegged for a big return if the AVS move him. I'm sure the Leafs will give up alot for him and I know Murray likes him but how far do you go for him ?

I would like to see Grigs get plenty of minutes also. I think it's pretty obvious they are pushing him pretty hard. I'm curious what management and the staff's opinion of him is; and how/if he fits in to the long term. I'm pulling for the kid.

You are more optimistic than I am. I'm thinking more in the 27 goal range and I think that might be a stretch.

I see several shut outs looming in the Sabres future. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Me too, he has been so terribly mismanaged. I still feel long term that he can be an x-factor in our rebuild (pending him being in murrays plan). Supreme talent that skates at a below average nhl level. If he has a mind that matches his talent level he should be able to overcome the skating woes.

Its a shame he will have to clear waivers to be sent to rochester next season. If he is given the rest of the season to show where he stands developmentally it could be the difference between being worried about someone claiming him or not.

Ouch, i think they will squeak out a few more than that at least..

Valievskiy made some big saves to keep tampa tied while the team was still asleep the other night.
