I think they draft a QB this year in round 3-5. Cassel is here strictly as a stop gap. His job will be to not lose games, just like Orton last year. - Stripes77
Orton was only 7-5 as the starter last season... How is that not losing games......

Nobody expected Orton (Cassel) to come out and carry the team to wins. Just don't lose the game with turnovers. I didn't say Orton did that I just said what Cassel's job will be. Manage the game, protect the ball, makes a few key throws, and hand the ball to McCoy

I'm used to the Bills missing out and never solving the QB mystery.
I am happy Bridgewater is turning out to be a legit QB. Too bad the Vikes might lose AP. Vikings never seem to get it together. I will say they are always better off than the Bills

Exactly, a pure "game manager".
Bills current cap room $17,762,238 for those interested.
Enough speculation, Links below. That said you can bet we aren't done. there will be some re doing of contracts (McCoy is a given) I am betting some cuts are going to be made as well.

Manuel can do that. Geez... If they run the damn ball 35 times a game he will only have to throw 10 times....... Why keep bringing in old washed up 35 year QB's to start and "grow" with this team. This is not how you find a "franchise" QB..... Locker was a way better option with way more upside..... And possibilities... There is a reason these old used up QB's go from team to team.... They ultimately suck...
