Moving Stewart back then when he was struggling would have been a move that would have been chastised. He has since turned his game around and his value should have increased but it took too long to happen.

They let us leave work early and log back on remotely so we didn't have to drive in rush hour traffic when things started getting messy. Still took me close to an hour to get home.

as a fan of a team that has really sucked but still tried to put the best product on the ice every year, i can honestly say that i'm really proud that the flames went the way they did. and even though i was hoping for a good shot at mcdavid this year, i had a lot more fun cheering for an overachieving team that worked their asses off and gave the playoffs a true run, while still developing young talent.

Over achieving, how do you even know your team was over-achieving, bet the players don't see if that way.

Very good article to read, funny to see the Sabres come out and be competitive, i.e the players and the coaching staff. I think a lot of people "journalists" forget to realise there is still a team of 20+ players who are trying to make a living in this league and are hockey players and will compete and work to try and win, except maybe for "Cody Hodgson"

Just have to love these high-brow journalists who think they are so cool, questioning the G.M of the team and his motives. Pretty sure his ultimate motive is to have a very competitive Buffalo team, lets get it done. This is the bottom for Buffalo won't get any worse, it can't if they do they will be thrown out of the league.
