Love Saad and Shaw but there's no way we can afford to lose defense right now. Otherwise we'd have moved some before. plus, not sure that'd work financially for Chicago even with the LTIR for Kane.

Wilson, Dumo, Harrington, Murray. Murray towards the end to give him a look and to give MAF a break. Wilson deserves an honest shot as well being that he got short changed due to injury. Dumo and Harrington as well to give some of our D a rest. Barring any trades of course.

I was just happy the ref let both go, because both should have been a penalty...and as I type this, the jackets score on a dumb penalty by Martin. This team just looks so blah sometimes...

Incredible work from Malkin and Kunitz. Sutter and Scuderi were awful on the Wisniewski goal.

Scuderi is playing slightly better 5 on 5 and slight worse on the pk. Sutter was super soft

So I don't see anything special from winnik. Mediocre speed, mediocre plays. Maybe it's the entire line because Downie and sutter look like crap too

Both he and Downie will have to fight and contend even more to make that line work as long as Sutter is on it. Either way, give it some time. I'd prefer to see Spaling and Bennett up there myself but we'll see.
