Lawson. Crouse.

Wouldn't be surprise to see them draft Hanifin.

You can't determine a winner on trade deadline day, but you can see who lost and boy oh boy never saw a team lose as bad as Montreal did today.

HUMILIATION

I acknowledge your sensible opinion.

Signed from the LHJMQ 2 years ago I think.

He's a face-puncher.

- BINGO!

He'll be great when Bennett gets back!

Exactly what you want to hear about a guy ranked at #4...that he needs the top prospect in the CHL from last season to produce.

Canes are taking Hanifin if Strome is gone by the time they pick. At this rate, they'll both be gone, because the Canes will be picking 6th or 7th.

Addressed biggest need with Petry, didn't trade Eller, gave up little. A+ RT @rabas2004: @me How would you rate Bergevin's trades today?

Anyone check on Fido?

Bergevin is the big winner of the day. Did not give up his future.

When I saw him play at the world juniors this x-mas, I didn't see anything more then a good 3rd line center in the NHL.

petry is a good pick up depending how he does. The other 2 will play on the 4th line and probably not do very much

En une semaine, Marc Bergevin a ajouté Smith-Pelly, Mitchell, Flynn et Petry contre Sekac, Nevins et des choix au repêchage. Bravo.

Signed as a UFA with the Habs last year, he played for PEI and Rouyn in the 'Q the past couple of years.

He will be at best a 4th liner, but he's not a very good skater. Pretty good fighter.

At least we solidified our D. And if Petry plays well, maybe we will re-sign him.

But I still have a question mark on our top 6 going in the playoffs.

You guys certainly don't need my blessing or thoughts on the two trades with Buffalo, but I believe that both Flynn and Mitchell will make a positive impact on your team, and especially in the playoffs.

You will be pleasantly surprised with both.

Ya, scoring enough goals will be the issue. They have a good enough defence and best goalie in the world to give them chance to win every night.
