Might be an Emery trade. But Zepp needs to be on AHL roster at the TDL to be eligible for playoffs, if Phantoms make it. Stolarz, I have been led to believe, is eligible if he's on roster by 4/22 as an ELC.

But I think main reason is AHL playoff eligibility for Zepp.

I'm pretty sure that is not the case. Once a player is demoted, waivers are no longer valid. If he is recalled, he would have to clear waivers again to be sent back down.
