Who knows...... Nonis said last night that he didn't think this was an option because he didn't know that Horton contract wasn't insured.

Not sure what the protection issue is for the player. Horton gets paid either way.

Horton did have a NTC I think..... but what difference does it make?? He doesn't have to change anything, move ect. He's at home and staying there.

Why would there be?

Especially in his case where it's understood that he's done, I doubt he even needs to come to TO. They probably want him to stay with his rehab just in case it actually works
