I would really love to see the Leafs results game by game vs Corsi.

It isn't just that they used ot defy Corsi when they were winning, they seemed to run against Corsi quite a bit when they lose.

It would be nice to see the Corsi Gods catch up with them in this game though.

Gardiner is playing so well since Carlyle left. I really hope we keep him.

Rielly and Gardiner make two great tentpoles for each of the top two pairs respectively.

- mcleafs

yup... you just got to let gardiner play his game, I think Randy was trying to force the smart/safe defensive play on him... A guy like Gardiner u can't have him thinking just let him do what he's good at rushing the puck...

@ChrisKuc: GM Stan Bowman said #Blackhawks are "getting pretty close" to making a trade.

Trading clarkson for Richards would have been pointless, and bad trade for toronto
- Fakepartofme

Many of the armchair gms here thought that was a good move.....made a 1000x better deal than that today.

Cue the fu cking glory run......now it mean's absolutely nothing, they'll go on a winning streak. You can bet that it will kill the drive for the 4th overall.

Horton would fall less and skate better than Clarkson.

Truly great work so far before the TDL. I'm impressed. I wonder whose actually driving the ship-Shanny or Nonis?

Yup.

It's actually funny no one in the media called this given what a financial disaster of a deal Horton is for a small market team.
