You know what would make an awesome footnote, if Lombardi called Nonis and offered Richards and they basically agreed to it, but the infamous fax machine jammed and whilst in the middle of it all CBJ came calling.

McKeown isnt really that great, I think Polak is worth more than that IMO McKeowen wont amount to what Polak is now

If on ltir nothing counts against the cap (actually, cap still counts but are allowed to go over the cap by the ltir amount)

Last season; absolutely. This season, they've been solid. Del Zotto and Schultz have been great additions. With Timonen coming back Saturday, their defense isn't so bad. I'd say they're middle of the pack right now.

McKeown is a good prospect and will be at least as good as Polak, same type, same style, way younger, way cheaper.
