...TOR gets to put Horton on LTIR and use his cap hit $ elsewhere. so the net result is TOR loses David Clarkson's cap hit for the duration.

I'm so happy right now. The only think that would make me happier is to see us get a 1st round pick and a 3rd round pick for Bozak.
