That's why 3 of the last 5 Memorial Cups were won by Q teams.
- Pecafan Fan

All three leagues have changed a lot. the only thing the O has over the other two is number of teams and players.

What does this have to do with Crosby's draft year?

What does it even have to do with what I said? There can be very good teams in weaker leagues.... but goals have never been hard to come by in the Q

Point is...gap is massive past those 2. I like strome but hes way behind both. seriously need to bottom out this year while close...whos to say we dont screw it up and fluke out a 7th overall pick next year instead of being top 3 like we should be? We're close this year...dump everyone not named kessel or rielly now..who cares if u can get a 2nd for bozak or lupul in the summer instead of a 4th now... trade bozak now, sit kessel out with an injury (broken heart) and begin gutting /goon tanking from now until season ends

CHL scoring leaders have mostly been coming from the WHL and OHL lately.

With Leipsic, Brown, Nylander, Rupert, Leivo and Mckegg---Abbot was stealing their minutes.

We should have just signed this guy and let the play-by-play guys have some fun.

WHL is still a very defensive, grinding league with a big big emphasis on size.

If you look at the top 20 from the Q and the top 20 from the OHL, the numbers are pretty similar.

So, that can mean only one thing: The OHL is a weak league. /gluckeranalysis

Is "emotionally distraught" a legitimate reason to put someone on LTIR?

Most of the time.......Mem Cup.

But every dog has its day.....NCAA could win if enough games were played.

All it takes is a goalie to play great.

I actually think some of those Memorial Cup teams would give the NCAA champ a good run.

Creative players get rewarded against a lot of the lumber idiot defensemen that some teams employ because they feel like they need to.
