Ottawa called about Clarkson too? We could've held out for more

There is no silver lining, falling out of the top 5. None of those players listed will be available to us. We'll have waisted another year, trying to get our number 1 centre. Who knows what scraps we get next year, when the draft lottery changes? This is the year that we have to get our top line centre. The rebuild will be held up even longer, holding on to these assets past the trade deadline. The glory run is happening, right in front of our eyes.....it needs to be derailed...now!

Problem is these guys have term and a lot of money on cap hits, it won't be easy getting rid of all them come trade deadline, it just doesn't work that way.

This is the ONLY year for a top center? So Since Crosby McDavid is the ONLY center who can play legitmately on the top line?

You should go tell Tavares that.

Chicago won with Hanzus as thier number 2 center an Bollig on the team.
- Santo_44

Bollig played 5 games during those playoffs. Handzus scored 11 points in 23 games and was 11th on the team in ice time per game.

That's what I was getting at before. This is a team that put together back to back wins for the first time in 30 games. They're not going to win 20 games the rest of the year. They're bad. Bernier bailed them out last night.... They're a very bad team still. We'll be bottom 5

Not fun, but it has to be done. Thankfully I don't have to do it again for 5 years.

I'm ok, but one lady across from me in the recovery room was told she had a mass, and had to be operated on within 4 weeks. Lots of crying, very sad, she didn't want them to tell her family.

That Peglyte container was 4 litres, it's like drinking a bottle of windshield washer fluid.
