All year long i dont think i have said one unfair thing about Read or Couturier. Then again if 3 on the team in ES road points is getting it done for you offensively then we are probably going to disagree about what getting it done means.

I read what you said. You said Couturier was one of the least useful offensive players on the team. Just pointed out that he's 3rd (maybe 4th honestly I don't remember and I'm too lazy to look it up right now) on the team in even strength road points.

Maybe that points to the teams ineptitude on the road. It definitely shows he's been abysmal at home.

Having Couturier, Read and B Schenn in the middle of your offensive lineup isn't going to work the way they arent producing this year.

My apologies for leaving out the this season part. I thought that was implied and didn't think I needed to retype that.

I agree they aren't producing enough. I thought we would see a jump in production from either couts or schenn and it hasn't been there. Combined with reads disappointing season, and it results in a lack of scoring depth. I'm hoping this in an outlier season for all three, and not the norm.
