it's decent. it's 2 picks. i think people underestimate the value f picks.

Leafs made a phenomenal deal. Rutherford is a mess.

Buffalo's way out in front and pulling away. They've traded assets for a guy who won't play this year, their #1 goaltender and are shopping their #2 goaltender. At this point they're just going to strap some pads on the equipment manager to ensure they have 22 guys on the game sheet.

It would be poetic, but they'd still end up with Eichel.

It would be better to use that draft lottery formula floated a couple years ago, whereby the team that accumulates the most points AFTER being eliminated from the playoffs has the best shot at winning the lottery. So, the worst teams will still have the "best shot" if they start winning games, but you won't see tanking anymore.

poop, if that's the case all we'd read is how the Leafs keep winning the lottery.

I think Devante Smith-Pelly is better than Daniel Winnik and Sean Bergenheim. Bergevin paid a price for him.

Holy. When it comes from a source that has no ties to any team, that means a lot. Congrats.

Now imagine if he was still the Canes GM.

Tlusty would have been traded for Budaj and a 5th.

And the Pens are a mess for hiring him.
