Because the bloggers get paid by how many hits on the actual blog itself. Not by the comments. I suspect many who read wouldn't want to actually take the time to sign up. JMO. - Elbows15

Fair enough, so why don't you guys reach out to the mods or leaders of these websites and ask them to monitor the behavior? The writer should know the 2-4 websites that are popular for a team and who runs them, right? CI and second city. If someone is making comments about this site on their site and magically something is posted...wouldn't that help link the chain?

That's also not as easy as you'd think and probably a costly suggestion.

Oh ya, he sure is. I met him about 25 years ago for the first time and a few times since then. We never hung out. Last I heard he is still a big shooter with the officials in the NHL.

It's costly to ask the mods of these websites and in most cases, owners, or a small team of individuals who have similar interests and blogs as yours, to continue to do their jobs and monitor their websites? Is the extra emailing that's expensive...

Seem like a lot to go through just because an opinion is disagree Its the internet. Why would someone take it that seriously. Its just your opinion. People are going to either like or not like it. Who cares.
