My opinion he looks to be good but now is not his time. Doesn't look comfortable at nhl level. Needs to let his body catch up to his skills. Read too many articles by other sites pleading for his return. And I told Sam that a few weeks back.

I think OEL is already close to that level. IMO, hes a top 5-6 dman in the league. Not as good as Keith, but man is that kid great. He plays for anyone other than PHO and we are looking at a perennial Norris trophy candidate.
