Neuvy looks great. Bet he'd be better with a team not surrendering 30+ shots a game. He's probably as good of a goalie that's available. Risky trading him if you don't know for sure that he'll be back.

If you had children you may be a lot more understanding.
I have raised all 6 off mine past Zadarov's age.
Again, "he's a kid", he will get through this immaturity and lack of responsibility, most do at least.
