I don't think heart is an issue as much as smarts and skill
- Jsaquella

When they come out utterly lifeless in the 1st period in a must game, at home, against a mediocre opponent, it's a lack of heart

This team lacks the heart to make a run IMO
- BiggE

It also lacks a quality defense pair, scoring depth, and the ability to dump Vinnyburger

The problem this year has been goaltending.

There I said it. Just ask Roenick.

He should stick to playing the game rather than talking about it. At least when he played, only SOME people thought he was a moron

True, but their effort at the start of that game was inexcusable

Are you saying it wasn't smart of him to run Zhitnik in an All-Star game?

Still love JR. just for the fact that he burried that OT winner in Toronto.

Yup
Love JR the player, the commentator, well, not so much

Kind of like the difference tween Bobby Clarke the player and Bob Clarke the GM

Quite possibly the best in-game sequence I've ever seen.

They don't have enough players that are good at ice hockey.

Sometimes, it really is that simple.

Anyone hear Roenick say that moving Simmonds to Couturier's line was because Simmonds adds intensity because Read and Couturier can be lackadaisical on the puck?

I'm paraphrasing, but I could swear JR called Coots and Read lazy, which about blew my mind.

JR is awful as an analyst.

I think Milbury wants Don Cherry's job as Head Buffoon when Cherry shuffles off this mortal coil.

I have to agree with that. I really liked the fact that it was in Toronto and it was the ending to their playoffs
