who did that? what i was saying is that if he gets traded it might be his way of trying to help the team by getting assets in return.

I think his family & kids would cope with him being in another city for a couple of months.

He stated that? Usually when these players have grown children they tend to stay.

He's definitely going back to Finland when his English-speaking children finish high school.

Hextall kept looking at me from the offices during open skate. I dont want to get ahead of myself but I think I will be your new whipping boy soon enough.

Do you try really hard?
Are you willing to run a teammate coming off of LTIR during practice?

If so, you may have a calling on this team.

How's the current troll population in Finland? It seems like they got them out of Sweden, but Norway's still crawling with them.

Yes, he's said that. They spend every summer in their home there. His kids are bi-lingual just like he and his wife.

Yes and no..

This to me is more Ray Bourque. He is retiring after this season. He likely wont get a shot with the Flyers. Go elsewhere and get that chance. Also gives the Flyers something for his expiring contract.

EDIT:Forgot Bourque played the following season in COL as well.

And that's the year they won the Cup, right?

That's different than moving back there full-time as soon as he's done playing.

Actually, I recall him saying, even pretty recently, that the family plans on living here for at least a few more years as their main residence because his kids like it here. Of course, opportunities elsewhere could change the plan.

He's mentioned it several times over the years. Before the blood clots his plan was to manage and play for KalPa.
