Kessel won't be a salary dump at all but it's unlikely that he would be moved before the offseason.

I don't think Phaneuf would require salary to be eaten either, but the return will be lower as a result. Don't listen to Healy too much, he is tradeable.

Kessel will fetch a solid return. DP will not get nearly as much. Not sure what his market value is. They definitely need to rebuild their defense. Clarkson will be on their books for sure. Whether it's because he stays on the team or its retained salary from trade or a buyout. That's a dirty contract.

We could see Babcock in TO next year to start the rebuild.

He is 4th in rookie scoring in the AHL this year (right behind Connor Brown) I see he put up like 120 pts a couple years ago in the WHL in 68 games, 91 pts in 60 games last year. Looks promising

Fisher will sign on the cheap side I assume just to stay in Nash. He has a good thing going there, I can see him leaving a 1m off the table to make everything work.

Riberio will be the interesting one. Does he want 5m based on this season?
