Unlikely. But it's not far fetched. They believe they can win this year and they can afford to lose some young talent. They will have to trade away a young winger sooner or later.

The prospect pool is not good. Add that to the fact the NHL group sucks, but is also somehow up against the cap and saddled with horrible contracts? Colossal mismanagement for years.
