I am against domestic violence. However fraudulent behaviour by some women, trying to use their looks and attributes, to become wealthy causes some of this domestic violence. It's wrong, but it happens.

So how do you handle that, if you're a guy? How often do you see the woman charged with assault on their husband/boyfriend? Usually, when a domestic happens, the police usually take the male out in handcuffs. Very similar to when a couple gets divorced and 98% of the time, the children get placed with their mother and the father pays child support.

Conviction is the key word here. Legally an employer cannot dismiss an employee based on initial charges. After the person maybe found guilty, yes, they have the right to dismiss.

If you earn $80 million dollars on a long term contract and a woman that you've been living commonlaw with, decided to step out on their athlete boyfriend, then try to sue his a$$ for half of his income, while sleeping around with someone else. Actually it is true. I'm an employer and I'd be setting myself up for a lawsuit if I ever did that.
The same reason why police and other public employees are suspended with pay based on conviction.
I don't agree with it, because if the employee is found guilty, you never get that revenue back.
I can suspend an employee without pay in the private sector, but cannot terminate is employment without just cause. A conviction would be required to legally do so.
