How is this relevant to anything. All kinds of poop goes on in any relationship. Don't tell me you're against domestic violence then go on with these idiotic stories about evil women. - Canada Cup
Didn't call them evil women. They're manipulating persons that have dollars, dancing in their heads. They'll do whatever they have to, so they can become independently wealthy. The celebrity with the talent is just being taken advantage of, because they have a weakness with their invincibility. It could never happen to them, until it does.

I understand that but who's employer is checking on this daily?
And if they did find out and fired you prior to conviction you'd win that case. I'm not a lawyer just my opinion lol - Bigzby
Depends on what you were charged with but no you wouldn't necessarily win that case. |

You'd be surprised. Especially in industries where you deal with minors, vulnerable people (such as a healthcare profession), or one where the companies reputation rests partly on your actions. Some in the us actually do random tests (alcohol, drugs, even tobacco) and if its against company policy you're done. - lumlums
Well yeah. Especially with the groups you mentioned.
At the end of the day the players have a code of conduct in their contracts and if they violate it their (frank)ed. I just hate the fact that people think they're entitled to every detail of celebrities lives. |

If they asked and you lied to them you'd have zero chance to win. |

I personally think there was less tension in here last night when Brad Pitt was mentioned than there is now.

Lou Williams is dating 2 girls, they know about each other but that could be considered misogynistic. As long as he's draining 3's no one cares.
But why is that any of our business. - Bigzby
That kinda poop is not anything that i care about, and as long as no laws are broken then neither does the team. |

Yeah,I have no idea why people are so obsessed with celebrities. Just focus on being the best person that you can, and admire them for their work if appropriate. |

I think in the instance where you are charged by the state (or the crown for us), it's essentially in the public realm. Obviously more details are released in this case as he's a public person, but the fact that you are charged is indeed public knowledge. - lumlums
Not always Paul, it does happen, but usually in Canada your name is not made public until there is a conviction.
That is the way it should be. Too many people pre-judge, and it's not fair IMO. |

Less tension, because Tank Nation.....92% of current Leafs fans, where happy with the outcome of the game last night. Tonight, we have no games with an impact on the Leafs race to the bottom. So people are bored. |

Why is your response to a story about a guy allegedly beating the poop out of his girlfriend this weird poop about manipulating female doges getting their hooks into men - your words? All kinds of people (men and women) behave badly in relationships. Domestic violence is a very real and very serious issue that results in the death of many women. There is no but that you say after saying I'm against violence against women. |

I don't care either, but where's the line?
Heatly can get drunk kill a man but you can't hit your wife?
They're equal scumbags in my eyes but voynov is screwed and Heatly got a pass.
I don't even know why I'm having this argument lol my only point is society needs to stop star(frank)ing |

My nephew sent me that cartoon. He's been in the dating scene for 20 years and is so despondent over the dating scene, that he's all but given up. He's a millionaire computer programmer and his relationship experience makes me just gasp. I've met some of the women that he'd been dating and then the relationships just goes off the rails. Unimaginable stuff. In my short time, dating again, I've seen some really stupid things. - PrinceLH
In my experience, computer programmers generally have the personalities of computer programmers.... That may explain a few things... |

But yet Daeth gets lambasted because Brad smokes a bowl out of a honey bear jar bong when Gary Oldman was the focal point.

I am against domestic violence. However fraudulent behaviour by some women, trying to use their looks and attributes, to become wealthy causes some of this domestic violence. It's wrong, but it happens.

Of course. In this case everything is exacerbated by Voynov being an NHL player with a couple of rings. Still innocent until proven guilty unless they've changed that... |

Conviction is the key word here. Legally an employer cannot dismiss an employee based on initial charges. After the person maybe found guilty, yes, they have the right to dismiss. |

He is introverted, but he's a nice fellow. He's had a number of women, trying to get their hooks into him, but he figures it out and sends them packing. If you're not into the dating scene, just check out some of the online dating sites. Just appalling!
