He's not the Dany of old that's for sure, between 15 & 20 I say. So you were pretty bang on.

Take this with a grain of salt. Time to trade them. You seen and were probably part of those that ripped us for not trading Iggy. And fair enough. But how the hell do you trade them? You know they're not going seperately.

Not recently. Only seems to come up when someone else brings it up

From what I've seen, that's not necessarily the case. When we win, well, the Sedins are just doing what they have to do ( no accolades) but when we lose, it basically seems like it's all the Sedins fault (I know I'm overexaggerating a bit but just flick back to earlier comments and you will note there are quite a few with respect to this whole Sedin dynamic).

Of course everyone has their opinion, I'm just stating mine, is all. I have no problem with that and respect what everyone has to say. Do I agree with a lot of it? no, but that doesn't mean I take things to a personal level or feel like any sort of disrespect is needed to make a point (see? Vantel usually makes me cry )

Fair enough, I just think it's a discussion that we all know will not end amicably. I generally skip through any commentary about the Sedins since we are with them for better or for worse

I suppose that's the way to go. However, I've never been one not to stand behind my perspectives and opinions/convictions, which I feel are based on observation and understanding of the game after being involved in hockey for approximately 832.4 years. Of course, I realize not everyone is going to agree, it's all just part of the on-going debate which is always interesting, no matter what the topic or discussion is. And I don't think there is any benefit in making things personal (which I realize the majority of the time is not the case, which is good to see)

They'll retire as Canucks as they should. My only wish is their contracts were for only two more years.

They're top 30 in scoring at 34 years of age, I'd say they're having a very good season for guys their age. There are five players older than 29 in the top 30 scoring, only Zetterberg has more points than either of them (2).

They don't get the respect they deserve for guys their age.

Not me bro - I felt like he was pushed out of Calgary. He should've retired there. The return the Flames got for him is not helping you in any way so what was the point really?

I'm not trying to diminish their achievement, if anything it is the opposite, since I still think they are top line players. They are producing like top line players which is where I expected them to be. A great or very good season for players of their calibre would be to manage PPG numbers
Edit: I see you are not willing to part with Zibby

No one really cares any more. You make jokes , I make jokes, Scooby everyone.

Poet boy always comes in here after every time Danny gets a goal and pounds his chest .

Maybe I should point out to him every night he doesn't .

It's a stupid argument now. I know they are not going anywhere , I am hoping they retire early so I never have to talk about them again and w can talk about Bo and Jake :

So the majority of us feel like even if Van makes the playoffs, they will get bounced in the first round. Correct me if I'm wrong on that. Watching tonight's game and the game vs pit and the game vs the wild. I think as fans we are viewing our team from the wrong prospective. We were accustomed to winning and winning often and that's how we got to the finals. We don't need to be the best, we just need to beat the best when it counts. LA has never been the best but they come to play when it matter. This canucks team seems to do so also.
